Garlick Environmental Associates, Inc. (including its predecessors) is one of the oldest and most experienced environmental firms in Florida's panhandle. Our staff has over 60 years of professional experience in environmental fields, including natural resource assessment, protected species, environmental permitting, archaeology, and land use planning in the state of Florida and throughout the Southeast United States. Federal experience includes Section 10 (permitting in navigable waters) and Section 404 (wetlands dredge and fill) permitting issues involving the US Army Corps of Engineers and the Environmental Protection Agency. On the state and local levels, our personnel provide comprehensive experience over a wide range of regulatory issues. Garlick Environmental Associates, Inc.'s range of clients include large and small developers, private entities (commercial and residential), governmental and local municipalities, and conservation organizations. Upon request, we'll provide references from past projects and resumes of key staff. Our services cater to those interested in completing projects in a cost effective and timely manner.
